This year I am trying something new… I am doing shot put and discus. The training kind of really sucks, but embrace the burn, right? It feels kind of amazing to be so sore it hurts to sit or lift my arms up. I can’t wait for summer to see what I’m going to look like (fitness wise not vain ). I used o be afraid of getting bulky and too muscular, but really I look forward to it. I don’t want to be stick thin or a body builder, but I want to be muscular, toned and healthy. I am on my way to a new me, and I welcome every little part.
